Service · Jacksonville & NE Florida
A square, sealed frame is what makes everything else work.
If the frame is warped, corroded, or out of square, no roller or lock will fix the door for long. Florida humidity and water intrusion take a toll on jambs, sills, and headers. We reinforce or replace damaged frame sections, re-square the opening, and reseal everything so your door aligns properly and keeps water and air where they belong — outside.

Frame Repair FAQ
Common Questions
How do I know if it's the frame and not the rollers?
If you've replaced rollers and the door still binds, or the gaps around the closed door are uneven, it's usually the frame. We diagnose it for free and tell you straight.
Can a corroded sill be repaired?
Often yes — we can reinforce or cap many damaged sills. If corrosion has gone structural, we'll replace the affected section rather than patch it.
Will fixing the frame stop my door from leaking air?
Yes. Re-squaring the frame and replacing worn weatherstripping seals the door properly, which cuts drafts and lowers your cooling bills.
